Yes you may return any merchandise that is defective, broken or unwanted. You will be refunded the full amount of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not able to return shipping costs. All returns must be pre-authorized. No return will be accepted without a prior authorization. Please call us toll-free at 888-578-6732 within 5 days of receiving your defective, broken or unwanted merchandise. (Shortages as well.) At such time you will receive a "Return Authorization Number." Damaged merchandise chipped bent or broken etc. You must contact your local shippers office (UPS, USPS or other) and file a damage claim, Keep all original boxes, packing material and mark "Hold for (shippers name) inspection."
